Café Kiva is a Nutritional Health and Culinary skills ‘after school’ program developed especially for mixed-grade students and young adults.
Our Mission was codified in 2009, by T.S. Gordon as a subsidiary of Chez Kiva, LLC. Founding officers are: Tom-Scott Gordon, Chef de Cuisine
and Certified Permaculture Designer. Co-Founder, Kathryn Harris, is our Curriculum Director and at large, Denver, CO.
